Cutting-Edge Innovation
Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Joe Casey
Des Moines, Iowa - Headquarters
A financial litigation attorney with a background in blockchain technologies and on-chain forensics, Joe founded Blockserve in early 2023.
Determined to prove that cyber-actors cannot hide behind anonymous digital platforms, Joe had a vision to build a set of tools to serve defendants on-chain and provide courts irrefutable proof of service of process.
This met a critical legal requirement necessary to allow private attorneys and governments to aggressively pursue recoveries for victims of financial fraud, scams, and other crimes.

Since its inception, Blockserve has been a leading proponent of blockchain-based service of process in the United States.

He practices law full-time and maintains a practice representing victims of crypto scams.
Chief Technology Officer
J. Mason Bump
New York, New York - Remote Office
An early adopter of decentralized technologies, Mason is an established expert in protocols and governance.

His business acumen and deep knowledge of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and public policy provide Blockserve with a competitive advantage in the startup space.
A licensed attorney, Mason was an early advocate for the use of smart contracts in the legal profession. He holds a J.D. and an M.B.A, along with multiple certifications on protocols and digital forensic investigation.

Mason's formal testimony on digital forensics and legal service of process was used in an early crypto fraud case to establish Service Tokens as a reliable method of service and proving the ultimate on-chain destination of stolen assets.
